Our Story
VoiceStack began with a conversation in 2023 when Krishnan R V and Abhi Krishna realised they shared the same vision for the future of patient communication. Krishnan had spent years at Waybeo helping organisations learn from phone interactions, while Abhi, as CEO of CareStack, understood the daily operational challenges inside busy dental practices.
Both had seen firsthand that, even with years of VoIP adoption, dental practice phone systems had barely evolved. These legacy systems could not interpret intent, guide callers intelligently, support overwhelmed front desk teams, or retain the personal warmth patients expect. It was clear that practices needed something more capable and more thoughtful.
This conviction led them both to combine forces and build VoiceStack, a communication platform created from the ground up with artificial intelligence at its core. The aim was to give healthcare practices a system that could manage routine calls, capture context, route accurately, and support teams with real-time insights, all while preserving the human experience that matters most.
